As agreed with the Developers and the Investors Collective, we manage the cashflows to pay the Developers by collecting the cash from the investors in a systematic manner. Our focus is to systematically follow up and collect the payments needed for the installments from the Investors collective that all investors' interests are safeguarded.

When the price situation of the property align with our predetermined criteria for appreciation, we judiciously initiate the selling process.
